What a day this was! We were treated to a windy afternoon at Czarina & Saynish's Castaways Resort wedding, with a shower just when the bride was supposed to walk down the aisle sending all the guests running for shelter. Luckily the stormy clouds receded soon enough and the ceremony commenced outside. Czarina is from the Philippines while Saynish is from Fiji and it was a treat to see them incorporate both their cultures into their wedding. As wedding videographers and wedding photographers in Auckland, we feel blessed to have the opportunity to witness the meeting of people from such diverse backgrounds!

That surely wasn't the only adventure of the day. During our beach wedding portrait shoot the bridal "truck" got stuck in the sand and with the help of a couple of kind hearted bystanders, we were able to muscle it out of the dirt.

Wedding photography in New Zealand is a job that brings a lot of joy and excitement and needless to say, Czarina and Saynish treated us to quite a party, they even agreed to climb on top of their car in their wedding attire. How epic is that!
